Joe Weissinger Jr. is a 35-year veteran of the Philadelphia Police Force. After leaving the U.S. Army in 1966, he began his police career patrolling the streets and eventually moved up to Prosecution Detective for the Felony Unit.
During his time with the police force, Joe attended many in-house training sessions given by the Law Enforcement Education Association, FBI, ATF, Secret Service, Interpol and more.
As of this year, Joe has been a licensed driver in the state of Pennsylvania for 50 years. He has been with Driver Training Services since 2009, and has become one of our most popular instructors. Joe recently participated in an 8-hour continuing education seminar hosted by The Pennsylvania Association of Professional Driving Schools (PAPDS).
